The Reverend Gregory R. Morisse
Senior Pastor

A graduate of Harvard Divinity School, Greg joined The Plymouth Church in 2004 as Associate before being called as the Senior Pastor in 2014. “We cannot survive alone. A full and good life is so much more than just a series of transactions. Love, healing, justice, purpose: these are born of relationships and the ongoing effort of a community. The Church has an imperfect history, preaching too often a message of individual morality. I believe faith is less about how well I follow the rules and more about how well we care for and care about each other.”

Kyle Bertulli
Director of Music

Kyle has spent his career as an organist, choir director, music educator, and performer. Before joining us in 2026, he worked in UCC, Episcopal, and Roman Catholic churches, directing choirs of all ages. Kyle holds bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Organ Performance and a master’s degree in Music Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He holds a Master of Sacred Music from Boston University, where he studied organ with Peter Sykes.

Melissa Pisano
Children's Ministry Coordinator

Melissa, who joined the Plymouth Church in 2026, brings a wonderful combination of teaching experience, creativity, theatrical energy, and a deep love of working with children. She has years of experience teaching in early childhood settings and holds degrees in Paralegal Studies from Herkimer County Community College and English Literature from SUNY Empire State College. Melissa also has a lifelong passion for the performing arts.

Nancy McAllister
Office Operations Manager

Nancy came to the Plymouth Church after having spent the last 15 years with the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce serving as that organization's Operations Manager. Nancy holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Russell Sage College, and a BA in Organizational Management from the University of Notre Dame. 

Brian Dygon
Communications Manager

Brian joined the Plymouth Church in May 2026. He graduated from Emerson College, with a major in Professional Writing & Publishing. Brian has held corporate communications and marketing roles for a variety of industries including travel and tourism; security; architecture; and legal.
